All Star Game

Plans are being made for a road trip to the

2010 ALL STAR CLASSIC IN PORTLAND MAINE

Trip will include round trip bus, hotel, tickets for the Skills Competition and the All Star Game as well as all hospitality events. Prices are now being finalized and will be posted here when available.

2010 Time Warner Cable AHL-All Star Classic Welcome Reception
The 2010 Time Warner Cable AHL All-Star Classic Welcome Reception will take place prior to the 2010 AHL Skills Competition to host owners, governors, and special guests. Tickets to the event will be $20 to the general public. The event will be held at the new Ocean Gateway Terminal located a short distance from the Cumberland County Civic Center directly on the waterfront.

2010 All-Star Skills Competition
This annual event of the AHL All-Star Classic will be fully coordinated and presented by the AHL/JRP Group. The event will feature events such as the faster skater, the hardest shot, accuracy shooting, and many other entertaining and popular events.

Post Skills Competition After Party
This Official 2010 AHL All-Star Classic event in the Ballroom at the Holiday Inn by the Bay will be attended by the players, coaches, and will include performances by Bob Marley, one of Maine’s funny guys whose resume includes Comedy Central and the Late Show lineup, and a special musical act to be announced at a later date

Barbara Bush Children's Hospital and United Way of Greater Portland “Let’s Go!” Program
All-Star players will be reaching out to the Portland community with visits to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital and to a school in the Portland area to conduct the United Way “Let’s Go!” Program. The “Let’s Go!” Program is a program that promotes healthy lifestyle choices for children, youth, and families in the Greater Portland communities.

AHL All-Star Classic Awards Ceremony
This annual All-Star Classic event will take place in historic Merrill Auditorium, New England’s finest performing arts center and home of the Portland Symphony Orchestra. The venue provides a world class environment to celebrate the achievements of some of hockey’s greats. The event will include the introduction of the players and a special hockey great to be announced at a later date. Tickets to the event for the general public are $20.
